What do I need to place an order?2021-11-16T09:42:33-08:00

To place an order, you must be over 19 years of age.

Please “drag and drop” a photo or scan of your ID in the ID Requirements section of the checkout page. If you have issues uploading your ID at the checkout page, you can also email your ID to [email protected]

Your photo or scan of your ID should include the following information:

  • Your birth date, which shows that you are currently over 19 years old
  • Your mailing address, which matches the mailing address for your account on our site
  • Your name, which matches the name for the account on our site
  • Your photo

Once your order is placed, you will receive information on how to send your E Transfer payment. If you are not over 19 years of age, or your ID is not valid for any reason, we will cancel your order and refund your money. Once we confirm that you are over 19 years old and that your payment has been received, we will process your order. If anyone is ordering on your behalf, paying for your order, or receiving your order to their address, that person must also be at least 19 years of age.

We know that discretion is important. We use smell proof bags for freshness and maximum protection, as well as generic, prepaid Canada Post Xpress envelopes to package your marijuana products and ensure there is no writing that would identify or advertise the contents.

Can I Cancel, Edit or Add to My Order?2021-11-16T09:54:24-08:00

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us at [email protected] and we will confirm the cancellation or edit your order.

When Does My Order Ship Out?2021-11-16T09:58:41-08:00

After we have received your E Transfer payment, your order will be shipped within one business day. All orders and payments received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Please note, we are only able to ship within Canada.

Placing an order with Online Dispensary is easy. You can place your order over the phone or online. Give us a call at 888 547 2520, email us at [email protected], or follow the instructions below to place an order online:

Locate the products you are interested in, choose your desired quantities and add them to your cart.

View Cart

Click on the view cart button located at the top right-hand corner when hovering over the shopping cart logo. Review your order to ensure everything is right, add in a discount code, if you have one, and click the proceed to checkout button.

Checkout

You may log in, if you have an existing account, create an account, or checkout as a guest.  Once you log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest, check the age verification box, verify your order total, and click the place order button.

  • Log in to Existing Account – If you already have an account with us, you do not need to reenter your shipping information again however, you are required to tick the box in the ID requirements section that verifies you are of legal age to purchase marijuana and cannabis products every time you place an order.
  • Creating an Account – To create an account, you must tick the create account checkbox after filling out your shipping information and provide a unique user name and password. You may also create an account here.
  • Purchase as a Guest –  To use the guest checkout feature, you do not need to create a username and password. Just provide your shipping address and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email.

Payment Instructions

On the order confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E Transfer payment. Check out our handy video tutorial on how to send your E Transfer. Once your payment has been received, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your payment and email you your tracking number within 24 hours.
