You may log in, if you have an existing account, create an account, or checkout as a guest.  Once you log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest, check the age verification box, verify your order total, and click the place order button.

  • Log in to Existing Account – If you already have an account with us, you do not need to reenter your shipping information again however, you are required to tick the box in the ID requirements section that verifies you are of legal age to purchase marijuana and cannabis products every time you place an order.
  • Creating an Account – To create an account, you must tick the create account checkbox after filling out your shipping information and provide a unique user name and password. You may also create an account here.
  • Purchase as a Guest –  To use the guest checkout feature, you do not need to create a username and password. Just provide your shipping address and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email.

The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a screen shot or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at [email protected]. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.

Canada Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?2021-11-10T16:49:34-08:00
If this is the case, it is likely due to one of the following scenarios:
  1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
  2. The postal worker will scan all of their packages to say they were “successfully delivered” and then spends the next 1-2 days delivering them. If you do not receive your package two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will start a trace.

Note: We do not offer refunds on missing packages that Canada Post says have been successfully delivered. This is non-negotiable and applies to all Canadian provinces and territories.

The occurrence of theft is quite high in these areas and thus, we cannot guarantee delivery if we ship your package there. Unfortunately, this means we will not send you a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

We do not send packages out with a signature required unless requested. If you would like your package to be sent out with a signature required, please include this request in your order notes during the checkout process. We recommend having signatures for larger orders. If your shipment is deemed “not recoverable” by Canada Post we will send you a replacement package free of charge up to $200.00. We also will pay for shipping and the package will be sent with the “Signature Required” option.
