Terms of Service

1. Our hours of Operation are 9 AM – 5 PM PST Monday to Friday; please allow one business day for us to respond to your inquiry during peak hours.

2. All deliveries must be to a Canadian residential address and you must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident. To purchase marijuana products you must be at least 19 years old.

3. We assume no responsibility for lost/damaged orders due to:

  • Wrong address given by the customer

  • Expired PO BOX numbers

  • Damage to order by postal service

  • Stolen packages/contents during transit or after delivery

  • Due to high-risk of theft, we will not under any circumstances compensate for lost orders to Yukon, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Northern Quebec, and Labrador. If your address falls within these regions, you have agreed to accept the risk. Due to enormous amount of theft in the ‘last mile of delivery’ there are absolutely no exceptions. There is also no insurance recovery payments.

  • If the shipper has deemed the package delivered, we take this shipper confirmation as the order being fulfilled. Absolutely no refunds or claims of lost package are accepted under these terms and conditions.

4. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, as well as coupons, offers, and sales.

5. Refunds are given out on a case by case basis and you must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. All refunds take 3-5 business days to process. We do not cover shipping for returned products.

  • We treat these situations on a case by case basis. If your order is deemed non-recoverable by Canada Post, we will refund you up to $200 on a one-time only agreement.

6. Bullying and slander is 100% not tolerated. Our staff will be treated with respect. Any breach of this and there will be instant end of interaction. You may be banned from the site.

7. Orders are processed within 1 business day. For your first order, be sure to include your Government-issued ID proving your name, age, and shipping address. If you are unable to upload and attach the ID, please email us at [email protected] along with your Order Number.

NOTE: Some customers have noticed delays between receiving their tracking number from us and being able to track their package through Canada Post. This is because Canada Post will not register your tracking number until they have begun to process the shipment. Don’t despair! It’s in the queue. Unfortunately, this delay can take as much as 36 hours and is completely out of our hands.

8. We only accept Interac E-transfers as a form of payment at this time and we do not accept PayPal or E-transfers from a Tangerine Account.

9. We do not offer Wholesale Pricing at this time.If you are interested in Wholesale Pricing please contact [email protected].

10. It is not required to become a Member to purchase with us, but we highly recommend that you sign up. There will be promotions only available to customers with a created account. With each order, you are able to earn points that can be redeemed for future purchases.

Here is our step by step process:

Locate the products you are interested in, choose the quantities and add them to your cart.

Checkout

Click on the checkout button, review your order to ensure everything is right and add in the discount code if you have one. Click next and login if you have an existing account or have purchased from us before. If you haven’t logged in before now is the time to create an account.

Creating an Account

Here you will need to provide your shipping address, choose a password and provide proof of your age. You can send your proof of age through our handy form or via email. The name and address on the ID must match with the delivery address. Click on the “Create an Account” button and provide a unique user name and password.

Purchase as a Guest.

Payment Instructions

Pricing & Policies

How Does Your Price Match Guarantee Work?2019-06-24T13:51:06-07:00

The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and the Canadian competitor. Send us a screen shot or link for the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. Cannabis products like flowers may not always be eligible as the growers quality often varies with different batches. Our craftsman’s quality typically is far higher than our competitors because of their long history and experience in growing. Our price match policy does not apply to close out sales, limited quantity sales or errors on competitive advertisements.

We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at [email protected]. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. If you have consumed more than a sampling of the product we will deduct the portion consumed from the refund. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.

Shipping & Handling

The Tracking Number You Provided Doesn’t Work?2017-05-08T13:41:25-07:00

We email you the tracking number before the package is scanned by Canada Post. The correct tracking number should show up within 6-24 hours.

Canada Post Says Successfully Delivered but I Haven’t Received My Package?2017-05-08T13:39:52-07:00

Typically there are two possible scenarios that could have occurred:

  1. The postal worker delivered to the wrong mailbox due to an incorrect address or human error.
  2. The most common challenge is the postal worker will scan all of his packages saying they were “successfully delivered” and then spend the next day or two delivering them. If you did not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date please contact us and we will start a trace.

If you don’t get your package two days after the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected]. We will then immediately start a trace with Canada Post. The Canada Post trace can take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Guarantees

We only insure the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option and we will not insure the “Safe Drop” delivery option.

Shipping to Nunavut, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec2017-05-08T13:43:46-07:00

Unfortunately the occurrence of theft is quite high in these areas and thus we cannot guarantee delivery if we ship your package there. This means we will not send you a replacement package or refund if your package is lost or stolen.

For obvious reasons,  All shipments must use the “Signature Required” option. We can only insure the signature required option. We know that this is not always convenient but we have had no challenges to date when this option is used.

If your shipment is deemed “not recoverable” by Canada Post we will send you a replacement package free of charge up to $200.00. We also will pay for shipping and the package will be sent with the “Signature Required” option.
